A linha de cr\u00e9dito vale para a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis novos, usados ou em constru\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de terrenos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Ap\u00f3s o pedido do financiamento imobili\u00e1rio, o solicitante passa pela etapa chamada de <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><a style=\"color: #993366;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.idinheiro.com.br\/analise-de-credito\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">an\u00e1lise de cr\u00e9dito<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">, seguida da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do cadastro. O valor \u00e9 pago pelo banco diretamente para o propriet\u00e1rio da casa, apartamento ou terreno.
